Permitting

Home batteries and solar are considered electrical  and building modifications on your home. The local building department and utility want to make sure that the system was installed per code to ensure your home is safe.

Once we submit your plans to the building department (Authority having Jurisdiction) they may approve it over the counter or it may take a few weeks to a month to obtain an approved permit.
